Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-15

Terms Privacy Refund

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing, or using GameOverlay (the “Service”) and its software Odin’s Eye (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws and any third-party rules that apply to how you use the Software.

3. Your account

Accounts use a username and password — no email is collected. You are responsible for keeping your password and any two-factor codes safe, and for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. A licence runs on one machine at a time, with limited moves to deter sharing.

4. Licence

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for your own use. You may not: sell, rent, sub-licence, or share your account, key, or the Software; reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with it; circumvent the licensing, hardware-lock, or usage limits; or redistribute the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for your own lawful use. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Payment & subscription

Access is sold as a fixed-term subscription priced in USD and paid in cryptocurrency. There is no automatic renewal and no stored payment method — access simply ends when your paid term expires unless you renew. A free trial is offered so you can evaluate before paying.

7. Refunds

Digital access is generally non-refundable once granted; cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software reads game data read-only and does not inject into or modify the game. Even so, the Service and Software are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use them at your own risk, and are responsible for ensuring your use complies with any rules that apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameOverlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or access. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (licence restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect when posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
