Every user gets a free 1-hour trial, and your trial clock only starts when you first launch the overlay in-game — so you can install, set up, and evaluate the Software before paying anything.
Because access is a digital product delivered immediately and cryptocurrency payments are irreversible, subscription payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.
We will review a refund or credit in good faith if: (a) you were charged in duplicate or paid the wrong amount by mistake; or (b) you could not activate the Software due to a fault on our side and we were unable to resolve it. Contact us within 7 days of payment.
Email info@gameoverlay.net with your account username and the payment transaction hash. Approved refunds are returned in the same cryptocurrency to the address you paid from.
As there is no card processor in the crypto flow, disputes are handled directly with us — please reach out before anything else and we’ll make it right where the policy allows.
