Every user gets a free 3-hour trial, and your trial clock only starts when you first launch the overlay in-game — so you can install, set up, and evaluate the Software before paying anything.
Because access is a digital product delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted. There are no recurring charges — each payment is a one-time purchase of 30 days, so there is nothing to cancel.
We will review a refund or credit in good faith if: (a) you were charged in duplicate or paid the wrong amount by mistake; or (b) you could not activate the Software due to a fault on our side and we were unable to resolve it. Contact us within 7 days of payment.
Email info@gameoverlay.net with your account username and your PayPal reference. Approved refunds are issued back through PayPal.
