Getting started

  1. Get a key — grab a 1-hour free trial or subscribe ($20/30 days). Your key is shown on screen and tied to your account.
  2. Download & unblock — from your account, download OdinsEye.zip. Right-click it → Properties → tick Unblock → OK, then extract to a folder. (Windows flags any new unsigned app; unblocking clears it — nothing malicious.)
  3. Run as administrator — launch Application.exe as admin. It needs admin rights to read the game; it only ever reads, never writes.
  4. Start Eden first — launch Dark Age of Camelot on Eden and log all the way into your character before starting Odin's Eye, so it can find you.
  5. Activate — paste your license key when prompted (one-time; it remembers).
  6. Pick an overlay — choose Simple Eye or Overwatch at launch. Switch anytime in Settings (Insert) → General.
Odin's Eye is a transparent, click-through overlay that sits on top of the game. When it's locked, your mouse passes straight through to the game. Press F9 to unlock it and drag it where you want, then F9 again to lock.

Simple Eye — the dial

A compact circular dial. You sit fixed at the centre and always point up; the world rotates around you as you turn. Players and mobs appear as dots, coloured by realm, at their real range and bearing.

Overwatch — the zone map

A transparent, full-zone map with you at the centre and everyone else placed on the real terrain. Great for keep/relic movement and reading the field at a glance. You can rotate the map with your heading or keep it north-up, and hide the map image to show just the dots.

Troubleshooting

“Windows protected your PC” on first launch

Normal for a new unsigned app. Right-click OdinsEye.zip → Properties → tick Unblock → OK before extracting. Already extracted? Right-click Application.exe → Properties → Unblock, or on the warning click More info → Run anyway.

“Could not attach to the game”

“No valid CD key”

Your subscription has lapsed or the key isn't active. Renew from your account — it reactivates the same key immediately.

The overlay is in the wrong place / I can't move it

Press F9 to unlock, drag it, then F9 to lock again. If it sits behind the game, run the game in borderless / windowed mode.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a radar for DAoC / Dark Age of Camelot on Eden?

Yes. Odin's Eye is a DAoC radar and map overlay for Dark Age of Camelot on the Eden freeshard (a private server / Dawn of Light emulator). It shows nearby players and mobs in real time as a circular radar dial (Simple Eye) or a transparent per-zone map (Overwatch).

Is Odin’s Eye safe? Does it inject into the game?

Odin's Eye is a no-inject overlay. It reads game data read-only, without modifying, hooking or injecting into the Dark Age of Camelot client, and runs as a separate window on top of the game.

What is the difference between Simple Eye and Overwatch?

Simple Eye is a classic circular radar dial with range rings. Overwatch is a transparent, full-zone map overlay with per-zone maps. You can switch between them any time from Settings.

Which Dark Age of Camelot servers are supported?

It is built for the Eden freeshard of Dark Age of Camelot. Support for other Dawn of Light (DoL) freeshards is planned.

How much does Odin’s Eye cost?

It is $20 per month, paid in crypto (BTC, ETH, or USDT on Tron / TRC-20). There is a free 1-hour trial, and the overlay auto-updates.

How do I get the DAoC radar / map overlay?

Start the free trial or subscribe at gameoverlay.net, activate with your license key, launch Dark Age of Camelot on Eden, then start Odin’s Eye.
